Justice for Mooie

I was reading the paper this morning and found an article about a 4 month old puppy that was immersed in acid and burned over 95% of her body just south of here. How can people be this cruel? The website for Mooie (the puppy) has pictures of the puppy so be careful - they are not pretty, but it's an interesting read on how the authorities here in King County have screwed up yet again.
It just makes me mad.
